Nigel Denzil

Specializing in Rock, Hard Rock, Post-core, Punk, Blues, Metal and acoustic/Celtic music, I began playing at 13 and by 16 I was headlining on Beale Street. I teach students the big picture: playing, forming a band, getting booked and recording. As Vernon Reid of Living Colour said, “You must find your own voice.” I guide my students to find their voice and follow their intuition in order to unlock the enthusiasm and energy required for the challenge of developing their talent and style.

I’ve shared the stage with Shinedown, Animals as Leaders, Norma Jean, Taproot, Super Bob while in Arvada, with John Roth (Black Oak Arkansas, Survivor, Winger and Starship) as well as headlined the New Daisy, FedEx Forum, Minglewood hall, the HiTone, Newby’s, the list goes on!

Students of all ages and abilities are welcome and I look forward to working with you!

Ted Ludwig

Acclaimed seven-string jazz guitarist Ted Ludwig (b. 1974, New Orleans, LA) has been a part of the jazz scene in New Orleans since 1997. Throughout that time period, he has performed for numerous club performances, festivals, and recordings. He has released 4 albums as a leader and many more as a versatile sideman and co leader.

I have been a Christian for nearly 40 years and a guitar player for nearly 55 years. My wife and I have been married for 43 years. We have two married daughters and 6 grandkids. (I have pictures if you would like to see them!) Bands I’ve played with have had records released on Imperial Records/United Artists and Mercury Records. We opened concerts for Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beach Boys and many others. Living in the Memphis area I was a session guitar player for many of the recording studios. Santorella Publications handles my line of instructional posters for guitar. I have also written two books for guitar. My books can be found at Barnes and Noble and Amazon. Working with a script writer, we had two of our musicals produced… “Tom Sawyer” and “The Book of Esther”. I began teaching about 30 years ago. I have taught at several private schools in Memphis (MUS and ECS among others). I have been teaching at East Arkansas Community College for eleven years and at Circle Music Center for the last 9 years
